So i have a australium rocket launcher and i use mat phong 0.

When using the command mat phong 0 australium weapons will be completely golden not just on the metal parts as intended.
Sorry if this is old news but i just decided to test it today.
I tried running mat phong 0 and mat bumpmap 1 and they look normal.
How to fix your silver australium weapons and make it look gold.

I will fix other issues as i find them.
I was getting tired of how disgusting some props looked with mat phong 0 so i decided to take it into my own hands.
As you can see the solider looks a bit darker but a bit more cartoony somewhat like the original tf2 trailers.
Mat specular 1 mat bumpmap 1 music.
They ll turn pretty dull though which you might not enjoy although i personally like the look.
Indie dance wrld little too close feat.
This is redundant and looks bad.
Now includes australium weapon and botkiller fixes.
However i absolutely hate the way aussies look with it so i downloaded a fix for it.
It s not a launch option.
This pack does revert the look of the australium weapons it was enormously helpful for me.
My australium s world model is bronze.
I use mat phong 0 and dx8 and.
My australium s viewmodel is gold.
For some reason it stopped doing that.

Mat phong is a convar all you need to do is put mat phong 0 in your fps config you can put it directly in the console for comparison though it takes a while to remove all phongs from the map.
Essentially this affects the lighting and shadows on weapons and characters.
My problem is that the fix for it does not work on online games it only works offline.
