I have just watched one of funke s old videos about tf2 mods.
A team fortress 2 tf2 skin mod in the packs category submitted by libuska.
Mat phong is a convar all you need to do is put mat phong 0 in your fps config you can put it directly in the console for comparison though it takes a while to remove all phongs from the map.
My problem is that the fix for it does not work on online games it only works offline.
From there i saw the command mat phong 0 and gave it a shot.
This will not fix anything on directx 8 dxlevel 81 launch option.
Please remove this mod if you switch to mat phong 1.
